by ilango on Dec.15, 2009, under Film
Clash of the Titans is directed by French filmmaker Louis Leterrier, of Unleashed, Transporter 2, and The Incredible Hulk previously. The screenplay was originally written by Lawrence Kasdan (Raiders of the Lost Ark) then later revised by Phil Hay and Matt Manfredi (both of Crazy/Beautiful, The Tuxedo, Aeon Flux). This is a remake of Desmond Davis’ original 1981 classic movie of the same name. Warner Brothers will be bringing Clash of the Titans to theaters everywhere starting on March 26th, 2010. Is everyone excited?

Iron Man 2 Concept Art : Whiplash’s Mark II Suit?

Whiplash Vs. Iron Man Vs..... Solid Snake!
Marvel has released the first image of the new Whiplash character design, created by Marko Djurdjevic (X-men, Thor) for an upcoming mini series. Is this the look and concept we can expect from Mickey Rourke’s character in IM2?
Very reminiscent of the art style used in the Metal Gear Series.
GI Joe Nike Shoe Pack – Storm Shadow X Tim Hardaway!
by ilango on Aug.07, 2009, under Comics, Film

First off, the packaging is amazing! I would totally get the Storm Shadow and Corbra Commander, I don’t think I would even wear them. Good character selection, I wouldn’t mind seeing a Snake Eyes or FireFly Dunk, but with my luck, I’d probably end up with Ship Wreck Huaraches.

When QT drops an soundtrack, you can expect nothing but pure heat. I like to equate it to 93, when Clue, Doo Wop or S&S were dropping consecutive bangers. “Kill Bill” or “Desert Storm”, you know when you see the name, you you’ll be getting nothing but straight bangers. QT approaches his OSTs like any mixtape king, you have skits, interludes and quite possibly the deepest OST crates known to man. I remember how geeked I was watching Kill Bill’s end credits, seeing so many unearthed gems. Don’t get me started on Charles Bernstein, but when I heard “Basterd” might be scored by the OST god himself, Mr. Ennio Morricone, my mind immediately conjured up Charles Bronson in “Violent City”. QT got me into film soundtracks, and how important it is in developing story, setting the scene, everything, he broke the rules, he made songs iconic. In the meantime, I’ll be bumping the Mike Curb / Lalo Schifrin OST for “Kelly’s Heros”…. “Burning Bridges”
Gordon-Levitt on Cobra Commander

Wide Right, Wide Right
LOS ANGELES – It’s one of the most shrouded summer movie mysteries: What will villain Cobra Commander look like in “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra”?
Joseph Gordon-Levitt , who stars as the masked baddie in the film, isn’t giving away any details. But the 28-year-old actor says the character’s look was the main reason he signed on for the role.
Gordon-Levitt says his reaction to the drawings and designs for the character was: “Oh wow, I get to be that guy? Fantastic. Sign me up. Please. Thank you.”
“G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra,” based on the popular toy line, will be in theaters Aug. 7.
They should have got John Lithgow to be Zartan, or at least this dude. Please, Thank you
